Return Policy

We are sad to hear you don’t want your parts, but here are 3 easy steps to return them!

  • Fill out our online parts return notification sheet here: Online Parts Return Form
  • Ship your parts back to us:

  • Once we get them back and inspect them, we will process your parts only refund.

Wondering if your parts are eligible for return?

If the part is brand new and can be sold again as a new part, or returned to Toyota, and is within 30 days of delivery, it can be returned to us without a restocking fee!

We do not take back opened electrical parts, custom painted parts, or parts that are not in the original, unaltered packaging.
