Return Policy

If you need to request a return or have a warranty concern, please contact us at [email protected] prior to returning the item. Email is our primary and most efficient form of communication regarding returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Damage Policy before attempting installation.
Do not install damaged parts, as once installed, we will not be able to provide a replacement or refund.

General Return Guidelines

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Once your return is approved, you’ll have 14 days to send the item(s) back. Returns received after that time may not be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless a VIN was provided at checkout to verify fitment and the reason for the return is due to incorrect fitment.

  • All returned items must be in new, unused, and saleable condition, with original packaging and Toyota part number labels intact.

  • Please include a copy of the invoice or email order confirmation with the return.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after receiving returns.


Non-Returnable Items:

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom-painted items
  • Any order containing parts that require painting
  • Discontinued items
  • Installed, damaged, or altered parts
  • Opened electrical parts
  • Parts that are not in saleable or usable condition.
  • Items missing components (including hardware bags, instructions, or paperwork)
  • Parts without the original Toyota packaging or part number tag
  • Parts or boxes with writing, covered, or altered Toyota labels
  • Non-Toyota branded parts (these are subject to the manufacturer’s own return policy)

Restocking Fees

Sparks Parts reserves the right to charge up to a 30% restocking fee on returns that do not fully comply with this policy, if the return is accepted.
If a return is not accepted, the customer is responsible for return shipping back to them.

Refused Shipments

If an order is refused at delivery, the return shipping cost charged to Sparks Parts will be deducted from the refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been processed, any change or cancellation is considered a request and may incur additional fees, depending on the order’s status.

Communication Policy

All official communication regarding orders must be made by email, phone, or directly through our website.
Social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, forums, etc.) are not valid methods for communicating order information or requests.
