Return Policy

We are sad to hear you don’t want your parts, but here are 3 easy steps to return them!

1. Email us at [email protected] stating the reason for the return 

2. Once return is approved, ship your parts back to us at:

3. Once we get them back and inspect them, we will process your parts-only refund.

Wondering if your parts are eligible for return?

If the part is brand new and can be sold again as a new part, or returned to Toyota, it can be returned to us with a 15% restocking fee.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and received within 45 days of delivery

We do not take back parts that have been installed, opened electrical parts, custom-painted parts, or parts that are not in the original, unaltered packaging.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items?

All orders must be inspected upon delivery. Any discrepancies, including missing, incorrect, or damaged items, must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery. Failure to notify us within this time frame will be considered acceptance of the order as delivered, and no claims will be accepted thereafter. Please see our Damage Policy for further information.
