Shipping Policy
Signature Requirements
All orders over $400 require a signature upon delivery, unless you specifically request otherwise.
If you waive this requirement, you accept full responsibility for the delivery and any loss or theft after the package is scanned as delivered.
Inspecting Deliveries & Reporting Damage
Upon delivery:

Inspect the box and contents immediately in the presence of the delivery driver.

If damage is visible, note it with the driver and take clear photos of both the damaged part and packaging.

Contact us via email within 5 days of delivery with these photos.
After this timeframe, carrier claims cannot be filed, and we may be unable to assist.
Do not install damaged parts. Installed or attempted repairs void eligibility for replacement.
Repack the part securely in its original packaging for any return shipment—items must be packaged exactly as received.
Communication Policy
Order and shipping inquiries must be made via email or phone.
Social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, discussion forums) are not valid communication channels for order support.
Processing & Handling Times

Orders placed before 3 PM EST typically ship the same business day if parts are in stock.

Shipping method selection (e.g., Overnight, 2-Day) does not affect handling time before shipment.

Payment must be received in full before any order, exchange, or replacement ships.

Prices, Fees & Product Representation

Prices are subject to change without notice due to market conditions.

Oversized items may incur additional shipping fees. You will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.

Sparks Parts is not responsible for typographical errors or image discrepancies — product photos are for reference and may differ from the actual part.
Exchanges & Replacements
All products must be paid for before shipping, including damage replacements or exchanges.
If a replacement ships before the original is returned, your payment method will be charged if the original part is not received back.

Friday shipments deliver Monday.

Address Change Fee: Changing the delivery address after shipment incurs a $15.00 FedEx fee.
Please ensure your address (including apartment or suite number) is complete when placing your order.
International Shipping

USPS Shipping Policies
We also ship through USPS (United States Postal Service) for select orders and smaller packages.

We do not take responsibility for delays or service interruptions caused by USPS.

Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, it is considered fulfilled.
