    Note: Kit requires vehicle to have factory theft deterrent system. Kit conflicts with factory smart entry system and accessory RS3200 alarm kit. XLS and LTD models have factory theft deterrent standard. Avalon XL and Touring models require optional factory anti-theft alarm system to be installed. Kit uses the existing factory keyless entry transmitters.
