• Description: The CARB Approve Dyno-Tested TRD Performance Air Intake (PAI) creates better horsepower and torque by bringing cooler and denser air into the engine via an Intake Flow Accelerator (IFA). It also features a reusable flat panel TRD High Flow Air Filter that's used in combination with a charcoal emissions filter in the upper airbox to achieve 50-state emissions compliance. The airbox is larger in volume than the factory airbox and is manufactured from injection-molded plastic with an embossed red TRD Logo. A custom-calibrated air filter service gauge provides visual identification of when to service the air filter.

  • A new process has been implemented. No longer is the Emissions Label included in the Performance Air Intake Kit.

  • This TRD Performance Air Intake Kit has received 50-State Emissions Compliance via the California Air Resources Board (CARB). Not all states require the Emissions Compliance Label but TRD does recommend ordering one. To receive the proper Emissions Compliance Label for this TRD Performance Air Intake Kit, please order MDC part number 00602-21140. Proof of ownership may be required.
